Assessment or Trial Period

We proceed with an assessment or trial session, depending on your goals. During an assessment, I conduct special movement tests to evaluate your baseline level of movement & identify areas that need improvement. For trial sessions, we go through a 20-25 minute workout to showcase how my training methods can help you achieve your goals effectively.
