ABOUT ME

I started personal training in 2016 working in a commercial gym where I worked with a broad range of clients. Here, I was fortunate enough to meet my mentor and hone my skills beyond what I had learned in my personal training and sports massage qualifications.

Now 7 years in the health and fitness industry, having spent countless hours in treatment rooms, gyms and educational events, I find myself with a refreshed, modern approach to improving health and fitness. An approach that is focused, supportive and backed by research and scientific literature.
